Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.

This policy covers the return of products to the distributor for the following reasons:

  1. 30 Day Happiness Guarantee – If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only within 30 days of your purchase. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
  2. Defective Product – If you believe your products that you have purchased are defective or damaged
  3. Upcycling – After the useful life of the product we ask that you return the used products to us, so we are able to upcycle those products and eliminate waste.

Returns – 30 Day Happiness Guarantee

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the original packaging.

Please contact us at talktous@justcroon.com stating the Subject as Croon Returns – Happiness Guarantee.

The following details must be included in the email:

  • Customer Name
  • Order Number
  • Email address
  • Mailing Address on the order
  • Reason for returning – what were you not happy about

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Returns – Defective Product

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at talktous@justcroon.com to arrange a refund or exchange. Please state in the Subject of the email Croon Returns – Defective Product. Your email should include the following:

  • Customer Name
  • Order Number
  • Email address
  • Mailing Address on the order
  • Details of the defect, including photographs

Returns – Upcycling

When your Face Fibers have passed their useful life we would request you to send them back to us to enable us to upcycle the product rather than put them into landfill. We will regularly update you regarding how these products are being utilized in their second life.

To return, please place the used dry fibers in an envelope and mail your return to the following address:
